N.A. Butt for Petitioner. Shahbaz Saeed Sajid for the State. The petitioner is one of the five accused in case F.I.R. No.21 registered at Police Station Kahna, Lahore, on 8‑1‑1991 under section 302/34/109, P.P.C. He alongwith his co‑accused allegedly has caused fatal injuries to Shahid Nadeem on 8‑1‑1991 at about 3‑45 p.m. in the school premises of Kahna, as a result of which he later died in the hospital.
2. It is argued on behalf of the petitioner that, like other three co- accused, he was also foud2l innocent by the Crimes Branch, Lahore.
3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State concedes that, as per findings of the Crime Branch dated 6‑10‑1991, the petitioner, like three, other co‑accused, was found innocent.
4. This being so, he is granted bail if he furnishes bail bonds in the sum of Rs.10,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfacti6n‑of Assistant Commissioner/Duty Magistrate, Model Town, Lahore. N.H.Q./G‑47/L Bail granted.
