Both parties through Musalihatnama had agreed for partition of their ancestral, including the gifted and other lands through Revenue Staff
Musalihatnama was directed to be made rule of the court and Deputy Commissioner concerned was also directed to partition the landed property in terms of Musalihatnama through Revenue Staff within a period of 3 months.
Judgment & Decree
Both the parties have agreed for partition of their ancestral property including the gifted, and nature lands through Revenue Staff, their Musahilatnama is placed on record and marked as Annexure-A, and made rule of Court. The Deputy Commissioner Skardu is directed to partition the landed property in terms of Musahilatnama Annxure-A, through revenue staff within a period of 3 months. The petition is accordingly disposed of in terms of Musahilatnama. Annexure 'A'. H.B.T./96/Glt. Order accordingly.
