This Petition for leave to appeal has been preferred against the order dated 18.12.2014, passed by the learned Division Bench, Chief Court, Gilgit-Baltistan in Writ Petition No. 132 of 2014. The Supreme Appellate Court Gilgit-Baltistan's rule provides that this Court has power to hear the petitions, for leave to appeal against the final Judgments, Decrees and Orders passed by the learned Chief Court Gilgit-Baltistan, as such, the leave to appeal in the instant petition is refused being an interim order. The case is accordingly disposed of as having been an interim order. HBT/189/GB Leave refused.
