This is a petition for bail on behalf of Mithu who is being prosecuted in a case under sections 10, 16 Ordinance VII of 1979 registered on 28‑12‑1984 regarding the occurrence which took place two years earlier in which Mst. Ghulam Fatima was abducted by the petitioner. The F.I.R. was recorded after a delay of two years and even then the petitioner was not named in the F.I.R. as an accused. I allow Mithu petitioner to bail on his furnishing of bail bond in the sum of Rs.5,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A . C. /Duty Magistrate Rujhan District Rajanpur. M.Y.H./M‑522/L Bail granted.
