Criminal Bail Application No. 911 of 1985, decided on 5th August, 1985. ‑‑‑S. 497/498‑‑Prohibition (Enforcement of Hadd) Order (4 of 1979), Art. 3/4‑‑Bail‑‑Investigation completed‑‑Accused 14/15 years old, remanded to judicial custody and kept in remand house meant for children‑‑His continuous custody in jail likely to affect his character‑ Bail granted. Sh. Ghulam Sabir Niazi for Applicant. Hassan Akbar, A.A.‑G. for the State. The applicant was apprehended by the police and on his personal search 80 grams of Heroin and 20 grams of contraband Charas was recovered. The investigation is complete and the applicant has been remanded to judicial custody and according to the learned counsel for the parties he is in remand house meant for the children. His age is 14/15 years according to the medical certificate. The learned A.A. ‑G. in view of the tender age of the applicant does not oppose the application. As the continuous custody in jail would affect his character, I admit the applicant to bail in the sum of Rs.10,000 (Rupees ten thousand only) and P.R. in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. M.Y.H. Bail granted.
