Petitioner being candidate of General Councillor of Union Council concerned had sought necessary correction in election result at one Polling Station contending that three votes had been incorporated against name of the rival candidate

NAZIR AHMAD SIDDIQUI, J.
Former submits that the petitioner being a candidate of General Councillor Union Council No.27 (Manhan) Tehsil Kot Adu, District Muzaffargarh seeks, "necessary correction in the election results at Polling Station No.355, Government Girls Primary School, Lohar Wala by incorporating 3 (three) votes against the name of respondent No.4/Sajjad Hussain as per statement of count at Form No.XIII and accordingly to correct the consolidated statement of result count at Form No.XV and he may be declared as returned candidate as he has secured 425 votes which are more than respondent No.4".
2. Petitioner may approach the learned Chief Election Commissioner of Pakistan (respondent No.1) or the learned Election Tribunal for the redressal of his alleged grievance. If the petitioner approaches either of the forums, it is believed that the matter shall be decided expeditiously. Disposed of. H.B.T./Z-117/L??????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????? Order accordingly.
