Judgment & Decree

MUHAMMAD MOOSA K. LEGHARI, J.

It is contended on behalf of the applicants that the case is being tried by Magistrate and that five co-accused have already been granted pre-arrest bail by this Court. Learned A.A.-G. has not been able to controvert the above position though he states that a specific role has been attributed to the applicants. Learned counsel has placed on record a photocopy of order, dated 16-10-2006, passed in Criminal Bail Application No.604 of 2006, whereby five co-accused were granted pre-arrest bail by this Court. The case is being tried by Magistrate. The applicants are in jail since last four months. The applicants are accordingly granted bail subject to furnishing surety in the sum of Rs.50,000 (Fifty thousand) each and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. H.B.T./G-26/K Bail granted.
