Constitution of Pakistan (1962), Art. 58(4)-Special Leave already granted on same point in a previous petition in another case-Leave granted and appeal ordered to be heard along with former appeal.

Judgment & Decree

S. A. RAHMAN, C. J.--On the point arising in this case leave has already been granted by this Court from the Full Bench judgmbnt of the High Court relied on in the impugned order in Civil Petition No. 339 of 1967. We grant leave to appeal in this case also for consideration of the same point. The appeal will be heard along with the appeal arising on Civil Petition No. 339 of 1967. The present paper book will suffice for the hearing of appeal. Leave granted.
