Provision of basic facilities in Skardu

Additional Deputy Commissioner concerned, Superintending Engineer and XEN, had stated that the position of the projects in question was satisfactory and Commissioner was vigilant for the continuous process of maintaining the projects

Supreme Appellate Court disposed of the matter accordingly.

Judgment & Decree

Additional Deputy Commissioner Skardu with Superintending Engineer and XEN B&R Division Skardu state that the position of the projects referred in the order dated 7-10-2010 is satisfactory and commissioner Skardu has full vigilance, for the continuous process of maintaining these projects. In view thereof, there is no need to keep this matter pending, and same is accordingly disposed of. H.B.T./35/Glt Order accordingly.
