Judgment & Decree

ABDUL KADIR SHAIKH, J.‑‑The question that, inter alia, deserves consideration is "whether respondents were entitled for absorption in Secretariat Ministerial Service with effect from Ist July, 1970, particularly when they were not absorbed in Secretariat at the time of formation of Province of Baluchistan. Leave is granted and petitions are allowed. Appeals will be heard together on the same record. It is, however open to the parties to file additional documents, if any. M.I./G‑39/S Leave granted.
