Ss. 1 & 2--Suit for compensation--Defendants neither made appearance in Court nor filed written statement in spite of proper service--Case proceeded ex parte--Plaint verified on solemn affirmation, affidavit of ex parte proof and evidence of a witness had proved that deceased died on account of injuries suffered in accident caused by buses owned by defendants--Share of income of deceased, which he would have given to his family, had he not died in such fatal accident for a determined period presumed by Court, shares of heirs in decretal amount also determined--Suit decreed against defendants jointly and severally accordingly.
