Sentence, reduction in
"For reasons to be recorded later on, this appeal is partly allowed; the conviction of the appellant is maintained under section 302(b), P.P.C. along with compensation amount awarded by the Trial Court and in default thereof to suffer six months' S.I. however, his death sentence is reduced to life imprisonment on both counts with benefit of section 382-B, Cr.P.C. It is further directed that both the sentences (on both counts) shall run concurrently to each other." MWA/G-1/SC Order accordingly.
