Accused was admitted to bail accordingly. Shahadat Awan for Applicant. Ikram Ahmad Ansari, Dy.A.-G. for the State. The learned Dy.A.-G. states that in the trial Court also the Law Officer had given no objection for the grant of bail, but in spite of no objection, the bail was rejected by the learned Special Judge (Central I), Karachi. In the identical Criminal Bail Application No.566 of 1995, this Court had granted bail to one accused Jawed Ali on 7-6-1995, therefore, the learned Dy.A.-G. does not oppose this bail application. Accordingly, the bail is granted to the applicant in the sum of Rs.50,000 (Rupees fifty thousand) and P.R. Bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. N. H. Q./T-19/K Bail allowed.
