Judgment & Decree
FAZLE‑AKBAR, J.‑The petitioner Muhammad Aslam seeks special leave to appeal against the order of a learned Single Judge of the High Court refusing his prayer for bail. He was charged with an offence of murder. During pendency of this petition he has been committed to the Court of Session to stand trial on the said charge. In these circumstances, the learned Counsel has found it difficult to press this petition. It is accordingly dismissed.
