This is a petition on behalf of Muhammad Ishaque for bail in a case under Articles 3/4 of President's Order 4 of 1979 and section 8/14 of Dangerous Drugs Act 1930. The allegation against him is that he was found in possession of 30 grams of Charas.

2. I have heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and have perused the record. It is admitted that the petitioner is no longer required for purposes of investigation. He was found in possession of only 30 grams of Charas. There is no likelihood of early completion of the trial against him. Muhammad Ishaque petitioner is accordingly admitted to bail on his furnishing of bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of. A.C./Duty Magistrate, Rawalpindi. M.Y.H./M‑962/L Bail granted.
