Civil Revision No.89 of 1984, decided on 30th April, 1984. --S.4--Pre-emption suit--Claim for improvement in suit land- Compensation--Respondent agreeing and undertaking to pay a certain sum to petitioners for improvement made by latter--Petition not pressed and disposed of accordingly. Fayyaz Ahmad Shaheen for Petitioners. A.N. Qaisrani and Islam Ali Qureshi for Respondent. The petitioners feel satisfied if the respondent is ready to pay to them on account of the improvements a sum of Rs.10,000 (rupees ten thousand only). The counsel on behalf of the respondent agree to this proposal and it has been undertaken that the said amount would be paid to the petitioners on account of improvements within two weeks from today.

2. In view of this attitude of the parties and the undertaking given by the respondent, the petitioners would not like to press this petition any further. Disposed of accordingly. M . Y . H . / M-371 /L Petition disposed of.
