‑‑‑S. 497‑‑Penal Code (XLV of 1860), S.307/34‑‑Bail‑‑Accused an old man attributed lalkara and hurling of brick‑bat‑‑Held, without probing further into matter, accused entitled to bail in circumstances.‑‑[Age]. Miss Surriya Sultana Butt for Petitioner. Muhammad Yasin Qazi for the State. Abdul Baqi for the Complainant. Even if the allegation of the prosecution against Fateh Muhammad son of Faqir Muhammad who has applied for bail after arrest to this Court that he gave Lalkara and hurled brick‑bat, without probing further into the matter, is accepted, even then the petitioner is entitled to bail on this ground as well as on the ground of old age. He is accordingly admitted to bail provided he furnishes bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court. M. A. K. Bail granted.
