Delay of 86 days in filing petition was sought to be condoned on ground that counsel of petitioner did not inform petitioner about fate of the case
Such ground not constituting a valid ground for condonation of delay, petition for leave to appeal was dismissed being barred by time.

This petition for leave to appeal is directed against the judgment/order, dated 29-1-1999 passed by the Lahore High Court, Lahore in C.R. No. 1952 of 1998.
2. This petition is barred by 86 days. Delay is sought to be condoned on the ground that the counsel of the petitioner did not inform the petitioner about the fate of the case. We are afraid, this does not constitute a valid ground for condonation of delay. Resultantly, the petition is dismissed being barred by time and leave declined. H.B.T./K-46/S Petition dismissed.
