Judgment & Decree
S. A. RAHMAN, J.-The petitioner in this case, Shaddan Khan, is dead and his legal representative Mst. Asghari, has appeared in person before us to support the petition for special leave to appeal. The petition is barred by 46 days and the explanation offered for the delay is not at all satisfactory. The petition is therefore, liable to dismissal as time-barred. Even on the merits we do not consider that there is much force in the petition which is directed only against refusal of the High Court to review a judgment passed by the Letters Patent Bench on appeal. Prima facie the review order suffers from no legal infirmity and no good ground appears for grant of special leave to appeal. The petition is dismissed. Petition dismissed.
