Judgment & Decree
MUHAMMAD RAFIQ TARAR, J.--The petitioner has been sentenced to three years' R.I. and a fine of Rs.30,000 or in default to suffer further R.I. for one year.
2. As the turn of the appeal is likely to take quite long, we suspend the sentence of the petitioner subject to his furnishing security in the sum of Rs.60,000 (Rupees sixty thousand only) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Deputy Registrar (Judl. ) of this Court. S. G. D. Order accordingly.
