Judgment & Decree

S. A. RAHMAN, J.-The learned counsel for the appellant states that the concise statement has now been filed and that the stay order previously granted may be revived. We consider that the previous stay order should not be revived in full force but in modified form. We direct that the proceedings should continue in the meantime, but no final order should be passed by the Court concerned until further orders. The Civil Appeal should now be posted for hearing as early as possible.
