Judgment & Decree
Niamat Ali petitioner stands charged for committing unnatural offence with Muhammad Nasir on 23‑3‑1989. The matter was reported to the police on 25‑3‑1989. He was medically examined and no mark of violence was found on his person. However, anal swabs were found stained with semen.
2. Bail is pleaded on the ground that the case is based on false allegations and there is a delay of two days in reporting the matter to the police. The investigation is complete. No marks of violence were found on the person of victim.
3. Keeping in view the above circumstances, I admit him to bail in the sum of Rs.25,000 with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of A.C. Model Town, Lahore. SA./N‑285/L Bail granted.
