Civil servant was dismissed from service and on appeal Service Tribunal set aside order of his dismissal
Leave to appeal was granted to consider as to whether order of dismissal from service of civil servant was set aside by Service Tribunal on valid grounds
Court further asked that salaries and allowances received by civil servant would be subject to final decision of appeal.
Judgment & Decree
SH. IJAZ NISAR, J.
Malik Shaukat Javed, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that the salaries and allowances from 6-8-1998 to 27-1-1999 have been paid to Liaquat Ali Khan, respondent No. l herein, and will be paid in future as well till the disposal of the matter.
2. Leave is granted to consider as to whether the order of dismissal from service of Liaquat Ali respondent was set aside by the Federal Service Tribunal on valid grounds.
3. The salaries and allowances received by the respondent shall be subject to the final decision of the appeal. H.B.T./P-46/S Leave to appeal granted.
