Judgment & Decree
‑‑Art.199‑‑‑Constitutional petition‑‑‑S.H.O. as per request of the petitioner was directed to record his version in the case already registered with the police station and then proved with the investigation fairly and justly in accordance with law‑‑‑Superintendent of Police concerned was also directed to ensure fair treatment to the parties in the investigation‑‑‑Petition was disposed of accordingly. Mian Afzal Rauf Joiya for Petitioner. Submits that the petitioner would be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.2/S.H.O., Police Station City Arifwala, District Pakpattan Sharif, to record his version in case F.I.R. No.229 dated 28‑7‑2002, registered with the aforesaid police station and Olen proceed with the investigation strictly in accordance with law.
2. The respondent No.2 is directed to record petitioner's version in said case and then proceed with the investigation fairly and justly in ordnance with law. 3: The respondent No. 1/S.P., Pakpattan Sharif, shall ensure that the fair treatment to the parties is given in the investigation.
4. With this direction, the petition is disposed of. N.H.Q./M‑1560/L Order accordingly.
