Judgment & Decree
HAMZO KHAN M. KURESHI (CHAIRMAN): Heard Mr. Manzoor Ali Khan for the appellant. He admits that the appellant was appointed, as the employee of the K. M. C. and continued to be so till he was removed from service with effect from 27‑2‑
75. The order itself shows that he was removed from K. M. C. service. As such he is not a Civil Servant appointed for the affairs of the Province. He is not therefore a Civil Servant as defined in the Sind Civil Servants Act, 1973. This Tribunal has no jurisdiction in the matter and the appeal is dismissed in limine for want of jurisdiction.
