S. 497‑‑Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance (VII of 1979), S.10‑‑Ball‑‑Offence of Zina‑‑Delay occurring in lodging First Information Report‑‑Challan submitted and no further investigation required to be conducted‑‑Prosecution not likely to suffer in any way in case accused enlarged on bail‑‑Bail granted. Malik Abdus Salam for Petitioner. M. Bashir Chaudhry for the State. The petitioner is entitled to the concession of bail on the ground of delay in lodging the F.I.R. Challan has also been submitted and further investigation is not to be conducted. Therefore, I don't think the prosecution is likely to suffer in any way in case he is enlarged on bail. He is accordingly admitted to bail subject to his furnishing bail bond in the sum of Rs. 20,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court. M.Y.H. Bail granted.
