Protective bail was accordingly granted to accused for seven days to approach Sessions Court for bail. Sardar Muhammad Ishaque for Applicant. Mr. Fareed Ahmed Dayo, appears pursuant to notice issued to the A.-G. I have heard the learned counsel. Mr. Fareed Ahmed Dayo has no objection if protective bail is granted to the applicant, to approach the Sessions Judge, Karachi West. Protective bail is granted to the applicant to approach the learned Sessions Judge, Karachi West for bail. Protective bail is granted to applicant y furnishing one surety in the sum of Rs.50,000 and P.R. bond in the same amount to the satisfaction of Nazir of this Court. The protective bail to expire in 7 days or earlier on applicant surrendering before the Sessions Judge. N.H.Q./N-507/K Protective bail granted.
