The petitioner has an adequate remedy by filing an appeal under section 21 of the Islamabad Rent Restriction Ordinance, 2001 before the District Judge.
2. The petition is, therefore, not competent and is dismissed. However, the petitioner may avail remedy of appeal provided under section 21 of the Islamabad Rent Restriction Ordinance supra. H.B.T./.M-492/Isl. Petition dismissed.
