Judgment & Decree
During the course of arguments it transpired that deceased Mst. Sajida Bibi was real daughter of Shamshad Ali appellant and in the light of principle contained in section 306, P.P.C., learned counsel contended that extreme penalty of death in this case may not be justified. In view of the peculiar facts of the case, we deem it proper to direct District Police Officer, Mianwali to effect service upon the legal heirs of deceased Mst. Sajida Bibi to appear before this Court on a date to be fixed by the office within fortnight to ascertain the possibility of compromise between the parties. H.B.T./S-10/SC Order accordingly.
