Judgment & Decree

ZIA PERWEZ, J.

None is present on behalf of the plaintiffs. None is attending this case on behalf of the plaintiffs for last many dates. On earlier occasion, adjournments have been sought, and granted, on behalf of the counsel for the plaintiff.

2. The learned A. A-G. states that the subject-matter of this suit, which is allotment of alternate land, disputed by the defendants, has already become infructuous by operation of law after promulgation of Sindh Urban State Land (Cancellation of Allotments, Conversions and Exchanges) Ordinance, 2001.

3. Accordingly, this suit is dismissed having become infructuous. The plaintiff, if aggrieved, may pursue his remedy before the appropriate forum under the Ordinance of 2001. All the pending applications are also dismissed. H.B.T./H-25/K Suit dismissed.
