XXVI, R. 7‑‑Review petition‑‑Deposit of security, forfeiture of‑‑Petitioner making request for withdrawal of petition, when Court observed that petition merited dismissal‑‑Supreme Court dismissed the petition as withdrawn with the order that security deposit of Rs.2,000 shall be forfeited.
Judgment & Decree
MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J.‑‑After hearing the learned counsel at some length in support of this petition for review, when we observed that the petition merited dismissal, he then made a request for withdrawal of the same. In these circumstances, we dismiss the Review Petition as withdrawn with the order that security deposit of Rs.2,000 shall be forfeited. M. B. A./M‑224/S Petition dismissed.
