We are four siblings who inherited agricultural land in Multan. Two siblings are refusing to divide the property or let us cultivate our share. Can we get our share partitioned without their consent?

Yes, you can file an Application for Partition (Taqseem) under Section 135 of the West Pakistan Land Revenue Act 1967 before the Revenue Officer (Tehsildar). The Tehsildar will issue notices to all co-sharers, record objections, and prepare a partition scheme (Naqsha Jim) to divide the land physically. There is no need for a civil court unless a question of title is raised.
