Can a father disinherit his son/daughter from property?

No. The concept of disinheriting (Aaq-Nama) through newspaper ads has no legal standing under Islamic Law or Pakistani inheritance laws. A father cannot disinherit a legal heir. The property must be distributed among all legal heirs according to Shariah after his death. The only way he can prevent you from getting the property is if he sells it or gifts (Hiba) it to someone else during his lifetime.
