SALAHUDDIN AHMED, J.‑‑This petition is barred by 31 days. There absolutely no satisfactory explanation for the delay particularly for period from the 22nd of July, 1975, when the petitioner got the delivery o the copy (although the copy had been lying ready for delivery since 10th June, 1975) till the 9th of September 1975, rhea this petition was filed. The only explanation for this inordinate delay is that the petitioner is poor person. The petition is accordingly dismissed as barred by limitation. Petition dismissed.
