Judgment & Decree
MAULVI ANWARUL HAQ, J.
The petitioner feels aggrieved of an order passed consequent upon proceedings of Syndicate of the respondent-University whereby respondent No.5 has been appointed as a Principal of the University College of Agricultural, Multan. I find that the said order and proceedings are subject to revisional jurisdiction of the Chancellor of the respondent-University in terms of section 11-A of the Bahauddin Zakariya University Act, 1975.
2. Writ petition is accordingly disposed of, at the moment, with the direction that the petitioner to file a revision against the impugned order and proceedings before the Chancellor of the University and it is hoped that the matter will be decided expeditiously. H.B.T./M-576/L Order accordingly.
