(On appeal from the judgment dated 30‑5‑1989 of the Peshawar High Court, Peshawar in Criminal Misc. No.220 of 1989 in Writ Petition No.50 of 1988). ‑‑‑‑Art.185(3)‑‑‑Petitioner did not press his petition and prayed that Medical College Authorities be directed to accommodate him in second year in the interest of justice at his ouster from college at that stage would be very injurious for his future career‑‑‑No such direction, could be issued but in the circumstances of the case College Authorities were desired to very favourably consider the predicament of petitioner and to try to accommodate him as far as possible‑‑ Petition with these observations was disposed of.
Judgment & Decree
NASIM HASAN SHAH, J.‑‑The learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this petition but has merely prayed that on account of the admission of Mast Ali Khan the petitioner Muhammad Iqbal will be thrown out of the College. It is submitted that Muhammad Iqbal, petitioner, has already completed the First Year in the Bolan Medical College and is now in the Second Year and if he is ousted at this stage this would be very injurious for his future career. It is prayed that the College Authorities be directed to accommodate him m the Second Year, in the interest of justice. No such direction can be issued but we would, in the circumstances of the case, desire the College Authorities to very favourably consider the predicament of the petitioner Muhammad Iqbal and try to accommodate him as far as possible. With these observations this petition stands disposed of. N.H.Q./M‑1365/S Petition disposed of.
