No.56 of 2001, dated 12‑3‑2001, under sections 302/ 34/109, P.P.C. has been registered at Police Station "C" Division. Rahim Yar Khan, that as a counter‑blast F.I.R. No.94 of 2001, dated 26‑4‑2001, under sections 380/381‑A, P.P.C. has been registered at the same police station at the instant of Iftikhar Ali son of Bashir Ahmad, that investigation of both the cases is being conducted by Police Station "C" Division, Rahim Yar Khan.
2. Grievance of the petitioner is said S.H.O is not conducting investigation fairly and impartially, that moved an application with D.I.‑G transfer of the investigation but no has been taken on the said application.
3. Let a copy of this petition be sent to the respondent with a direction to look into the grievance of the petitioner and after hearing both the complainants pass an appropriate order regarding the transfer of investigation and entrust the investigation to an Officer of his own choice who be directed to carry out the investigation fairly and impartially.
4. With this observation, this petition stands disposed of. H.B.T./B‑96/L Order accordingly.
