Revision petition No. 3 of 1948‑49, decided on 25th March 1950, from the order of Commissioner, Rawalpindi, dated 19th October, 1948. Practice‑
Revision not competent‑Petition may be sent to Commissioner who may treat it as Review. The parties in this case appeared before me to‑day. When called upon by me to refer me to the relevant law under which I wag competent to entertain the revision petition the petitioner realised that he was taking his stand on feeble ground hence his request that his petition may be forwarded to the Commissioner, .Rawalpindi, and disposed of by him as a petition fur review. Action is, therefore, being taken on it accordingly. Announced. K.M.A.
