THE STATE‑‑Respondent Criminal Bail Application No. 49 of 1986, decided on 3rd July 1986. ‑‑‑5. 498‑‑Bail, grant of‑‑Four other accused of similar cases, granted bail by Trial Court‑‑Accused also granted bail in circumstances. Ishaq for Applicant for the State. The learned counsel, appearing for the State has no objection, if bail is granted, to the applicant, as according to her, four other accused in similar case which occurred on the same date have already been granted bail by the trial Court. Bail is, therefore, granted to the, applicant in the sum of Rs. 1,00,000 with one surety and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the trial Court. The passport, or any, other travel document of the applicant, may also be detained by the Customs Authority, as the applicant is an Indian National. S.A. Bail granted.
