ABDUL KADIR SHAIKH, J.‑‑ The question for consideration in this petition is whether in the circumstances of the case petitioner had the full right of self‑defence to cause the death of the deceased. Leave is granted. Appeal will be heard on the present record during the current session. It is however open to the parties to file additional documents, if any. M.1/E‑3/S ‑‑‑‑‑ Leave granted.
