Human Right Case No. 5 of, 1993, decided on 12th April, 1994. ‑‑‑‑ Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Art. 184‑‑‑Human Rights case‑‑‑Expulsion of students from the University‑‑‑Validity‑‑‑Students filing written unconditional apology with undertaking that none of them would indulge in politics or in, any activity causing harm to the prestige of the institution, Vice Chancellor and teachers of the University and praying that expulsion order be withdrawn with effect from date of expulsion‑‑‑Students' apology was accepted by Supreme Court and order of their expulsion was ordered to be withdrawn.
