Malik GHULAM MUHAMMAD KHAN‑Respondent Revision No. 1 of 1949‑50, decided on 16th August 1950, from the order of A. S. O. Mianwali, dated 5th June 1949. Punjab Tenancy Act (XVI of 1887)
S. 84‑Revision against order of A. S. O.‑
Lies to Commissioner. The Commissioner is competent to entertain this revision application and but for the misdirection of the lawyer of the petitioner, this application should have been filed and disposed of by the Commissioner long ago. The applicant on being told realized the position. I accordingly send this to the Commissioner for disposal on merit. K. M. A. Case sent to Commissioner.
