Case was consequently transferred from the tile of Additional Sessions Judge to District Magistrate for trial. Javed Haider for Petitioner. K.M. Nadeem, A.A.-G. for the State. It is contended by the learned counsel that according to the report of Chemical Analyser, the weight of the heroin powder was found to be S.720 grams and as such the case is triable by the Magistrate 1st Class. The application is granted. The case is transferred from the file of IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Karachi East to District Magistrate, with direction that it may either be tried by him or handed over to any Additional City Magistrate within his jurisdiction, competent to try the case. The application is disposed of. N.H.Q./K-285/K Case transferred.
