Application for correction of typographical mistake in the judgment

Typographical mistakes sought to be corrected in the application being minor in nature, no notice was necessary, High Court, allowing the application corrected the mistakes accordingly. Mumtaz Ahmed Shaikh and Zamiruddin for Plaintiffs. Mansoor-ul-Arfin for the Defendants.

Judgment & Decree

MUNIB AHMED KHAN, J.

Is granted. This C.M.A. No.8015 of 2006 under section 152, C.P.C. is for correction of typographical mistake which has been pointed out in the said application since these are minor corrections which are apparent from the record, therefore, no notice is necessary. This application is allowed and the title of the order is to be corrected with the following substitution. Plaintiffs: Messrs Building Stores and others through Mr. Mumtaz Ahmed Shaikh and Zamiruddin, Advocates. Defendants: Muhammad Hanif and others through Mr. Mansoor-ul-Arfin, Advocate. It is also ordered that in line 18 of page No.9, "defendant No.3" may be read as "plaintiff No.3". Application stands disposed of accordingly. H.B.T./B-19/K Application allowed.
