Scrutiny of Khasra Girdawari showed that columns relating to owners and tenants had been left blank
Allegations against Patwari were fully proved
Details of suspension and dismissal of Patwari revealed that he was not performing his duties in accordance with law
Patwari, thus, had been rightly dealt with by his superiors and was compulsorily retired from service.
