MUHAMMAD AFZAL ZULLAH, J.‑‑‑This leave to appeal petition is directed against the dismissal by the High Court, of petitioner's Writ Petition in a Rent Restriction matter. The grievance of the petitioner is regarding the refusal of the lower Courts below to implead him as a party (respondent) in eviction proceedings pending before a learned Rent Controller. Both the learned counsel appearing for the parties before us have requested for an agreed order to be passed; namely, that the petitioner shall be impleaded as a respondent in the said proceedings; and further that the respondents landlord side shall be permitted to amend their pleadings and the petitioner shall also be permitted to submit his pleadings as a party. We convert this petition into appeal and allow the same and order accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. H.B.T./A‑604/S Petition allowed/Order accordingly.
