Judgment & Decree
MUHAMMAD MUJEEBULLAH SIDDIQUI, J.
The applicant is facing trial for the commission of offence under section 17(3), Offences Against Property (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979 along with nine other persons.
2. The learned State counsel has conceded for the bail on the ground that there is admitted enmity between the parties over a piece of land and there are allegations of general' nature, no specific role is attributed to the applicant.
3. In the above circumstances bail is granted to the applicant in the sum of Rs.50,000 and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned trial Court. H.B,T./H-21/K Bail granted.
