Accused apprehended immediate arrest at the hands of police
Protective bail was granted to accused. Jawaid Haider Kasmi for Applicant. K.M. Nadeem, Asstt. A.-G. Sindh for the State. The applicant is seeking protective bail on the ground that he had applied for his bail before the trial Court, but on account of his non appearance the bail application was dismissed for non-prosecution and when he later on made an attempt to approach the trial Court, it was cordoned by A the police; and he apprehends immediate arrest at the hands of the police. 1, accordingly admit the applicant to protective bail in the sum of Rs.25,000 with one surety and P.R. in like amount to the satisfaction of the Nazir of this Court. The protective bail shall remain operative, for one week from today. H.B.T./M-1475/K Bail granted.
