Judgment & Decree
This application for revision has been made after a lapse of 90 days. The normal practice of the Financial Commissioners followed by the Board of Revenue has been not to entertain applications after a period of 90 days in spite of the fact that the powers of the Board of Revenue to interfere in revision under section 16 have no such limitation. No special remoteness have been adduced for making an exception. The application is accordingly dismissed. K.M. A. Petition dismissed.
