MUHAMMAD AFZAL LONE, J.‑The learned Additional Advocate‑General Punjab states that the respondents in this appeal as well as 41 other female students who are respondents in other Intra‑Court Appeals, have bee granted admissions that irrespective of the result of this litigation their , admissions shall remain unaffected. It being so, the appeals relating to these female students have become infructuous. Let this file be consigne to record. This is without prejudice to the appellants rights in the con tested cases. M. H. A./G‑8/L Appeal became infructuous.
